Patin is one of the best fish options, especially for people that are not that into fish. This type of fish does not remind us so much of fish, because it is bone-free, has virtually no smell and it is easy to prepare. These characteristics make patin also very suitable for children. Another benefit of patin is its low price, making it affordable for everyone. This favourable price has nothing to do with the quality of patin, but it is the result of the sustainable feed of it.
It is just like most other fish types one of the healthiest food existing. It is a very good source of proteins and contains many vitamins and minerals. This is why we are recommended to eat a piece of fish at least twice a week.
Shipping Information
Delivery Policy
Delivery will be attempted by Lalamove (within 15km radius from our shop) or Third-Party Cold Chain Courier. Areas within 15km radius from our shop (KL & Selangor Areas) are entitled to next day delivery.
For areas that exceed 15km radius from our shop, delivery process will take 3-10 days to be delivered. More specifically, it'll take us 1 day to ship to our courier's warehouse (next day), the following days are up to our courier's schedule to deliver. Sunday & Monday is not available for delivery. Thus, urgent orders will not be entertained.
Free shipping is applicable for order total amount equal to RM200 or above. Otherwise, delivery fee is RM20 per order for Kuala Lumpur & Selangor (selected area - normal zone only).
For outstation states, only the below mentioned are available for shipping (specific areas in each state only):
Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor (ODA&Outskirt), Perak, Sitiawan, Teluk Intan, Penang, Kedah, Kuantan, Raub
Mandatory delivery fee is RM35 per order, shipping takes 5-14 days depending on the courier’s schedule. Please do only consider cross-state shipping if you can wait patiently for the parcel to arrive. RM35 delivery fee will not be refundable in the event where the customer cancelled the order after the parcel has been shipped or delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as unable to contact consignee or the consignee’s address is wrongly stated.
If Delivery Fees is more than RM35 for area out of Normal Zone, Our customer service will contact you to advise for further top up according to specific area.
The maximum weight available for cross-state shipping is 20kg, maximum box size is H: 30.5cm L: 50cm W: 30.8cm. Our customer service will contact you to top up delivery fees if your order quantity could not fit inside the maximum allowed volume.
